Your health matters

As a writer you might think that you don’t need to be as healthy as say someone who cuts down trees all day.  And perhaps that’s true.  But, sitting here trying to type with pain shooting through my arm I realize that even for someone who sits on their butt in front of a computer all day, you need a fairly well-functioning body to sit for long periods of time and type.  And, of course, pain does affect your ability to think.  (Which I am blaming on my lack of writing ability today.  As opposed to those other days…I don’t know what to blame for those.)

Anyway.  Take care of yourselves.

About M. H. Lee

M.H. Lee is a speculative fiction writer currently residing in Colorado whose stories are sometimes dark, sometimes funny, sometimes darkly funny, but hopefully always thought-provoking and entertaining.

I agree because even though we might be sitting for long periods of time being creative, we still got to get out there ,burn and eat well :))
